Centrally positioned, 20 minutes drive to Berry and Kangaroo Valley, 30 minutes drive to Huskisson, Jervis Bay beaches and the beachside towns like Culburra Beach is only a 15 minute drive from Nowra. Callala Beach and Currarong are only within 15 to 30 minutes drive away and the local shops are a 5 to 10 minute walk.


Two newly built properties with 2 separate accommodation, one side of the house has 3 bedrooms and the other side 2 bedrooms. Both with their own kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is shared. Separated by doors with deadlocks for privacy. But both can be rented out at the same time for large family, wedding groups, working or holiday group by renting all accommodations at the same time.
