The Corvette - 17 Queenborough Street, Nowra
3 Bedroom house 3km from Nowra CBD 500m from local shops The Corvette is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom cottage and has just starting operting as a temporary rental from 9 August 2010. It accommodates up to 9 people including an infant. The house also provides for a cot, pram, high chair and baby bath. Brand new kitchen with dishwasher and fully equipped. A newly built timber deck from the family room and the main bedroom has a built-in mirrored robe as well and all bedrooms have their own remote controlled standing fans and oil heaters with timers. The local shops are a 5-10 minute walk or 500m and the CBD 3km.
The house has the following furniture - 1 Queen Bed, 4 single beds, cot
with pillow, portable playpen, baby bath, rocker, pram, high chair, DVD player, 56cm TV, Clock/radio, 2 single sofa beds in the lounge room, coffee table which transforms into a small dinner table, Blankets, cot , Pillows, Timber deck with outdoor furniture - NO BBQ. Washing machine, Fans with remote control, Oil heaters with timer, Carport at the rear of the house.
Celtic Blue - 17 McKay Street, Nowra
3 Bedroom house 3km from Nowra CBD 750m from local shops Celtic Blue is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom cottage and has been operating as a temporary rental from 23 December 2008 and accommodates up to 9 people and an infant. The house also provides for a cot, playpen, pram, high chair and baby bath. Brand new kitchen with dishwasher and fully equipped. A newly built timber deck from the family room and the main bedroom has a built-in mirrored robe as well and all bedrooms have their own remote controlled standing fans and oil heaters with timers. The local shops are a 10 minute walk 750m and the CBD 3km.

Minimum stay 1 night - from $120-280 per night - Monday to Friday
Weekend - $350-380
Saturday night only - $220-280
Single week -$450-650 (seasonal and subject to number of occupants)

The Lotus - Unit 3, 6 Campbell Place, Nowra
2 Bedroom unit 500m to the Nowra CBD The Lotus is a newly renovated 2 bedroom unit operating since 12 May 2009 as a temporary rental and accommodates up to 9 people. Please note the unit has stairs to the bedrooms. Brand new kitchen with dishwasher and fully equipped. The main bedroom has a built-in mirrored robe as well and all bedrooms have their own remote controlled standing fans and heaters. The CBD is 500m walking distance and is a perfect getaway for families, couples or for business people. Parking is at the rear of the unit. There is also a pram, porta cot, baby bath and high chair.
The unit has the following furniture - 1 Queen bed, 1 trio bunk, 1 bunk, 80cm TV with dvd and VCR in the lounge room, 1 x 51cm with DVD in the 2nd bedroom, 1 double sofa bed in the lounge room, washing machine, drier, fans and heaters, table can accommodate up to 9 people, Radio, baby bath, pram, cot, play pen, rocker, and high chair.
Minimum stay 1 night - from $150-250 per night - Monday to Friday
Weekend - $350-380
Saturday night only - $220-280
Single week - $450-$650 (seasonal and subject to number of occupants) Cleaning & linen charges included

For workers in the south coast -
Budget rates for two weeks or more occupying each premises from 2pm Monday to 10am Friday only. No weekends. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.
Also, properties can be rented out fully furnished on long term leases. This would be treated as normal lease.

Both accommodation provides you with all the comforts of home.
Celtic Blue will allow for one small house trained
pet dog or cat.
